The book "Quetico Fishes" by E. J. Crossman contains the information you seek. There are 2 lists near the back of the book, one is the list of species and the lakes in which each species occurs. The other list is the lakes with the species that are present in the lake. There are free online versions of the book in various formats at this link

You can also use the Ontario site to find what species are documented in which lakes, though it may not be 100% complete.

Kanoes: If you meant the link to the report done by two MNR biologists (a man and woman, I think) I had a bookmark to it, but the link is no longer valid. DWT: thanks for this link. --Goose

Michael Furtman has a chart in the back of his fishing book.

We have caught fish species that were not listed in Furtman's book as present in a particular lake MANY times. I think the information is old, especially for smallmouth, which continue to spread, but also frequently for other species.

Like mgraber says, I' take Furtman with a grain of salt today. Was a valuable resource at one time, but is outdated now. --Goose

Any book by Crossman is good.
