I do not know the exact number of days but I received mine this year in approx 4 weeks maybe a little less.

I think ours was processed in about two weeks this year, but we did it in the spring, when I would guess the volume of applications is low. A neighbor here in Ely just had to run up to Fort Francis to get his in person when the mail-in application was not processed in time. Of course, for most people, that is not an option. If you have concerns, call the office in Thunder Bay. They are usually very nice and ready to help expedite within reason.

If you call the office, they can expedite it and fax it to you. I've done this on several occasions. There are times when I've faxed in the application and gotten the RABC in 3 days. It really depends on how backed up they are.

I applied in early July for my July 27th trip, got it back in 2 weeks. I think they say allow 6 ideally in case of issues.
