Otherwise, the only reason you might hit a ranger station on the way out is to pay for extra camping night, if for some reason your stay was extended beyond the intended period.

If you enter Quetico prior to the park opening, and self-register, and plan to exit the day after the park opens, do you need to have a separate reservation for the last two days of the trip (the first two days the park is open) or does the self registration cover these days?
