Good eye and good to know. Like the price. Today I came across some Spam Light singles at a small grocery store. Score.

Jack Links has some new products out that are at least new to me - both breakfast sausage links and breakfast bacon - two different kinds. They have about 7-8 months shelf life un-opened.
About $4 for enough for meals for two people.
I found them the other day at my local "farm store".
Both would be excellent additions to some Ova easy eggs.
