Under Lunches and munchies there are some pretty hearty no cook recipes.

Southwest chicken corn wraps
These are very good and only need cold water and about 15 minutes. You assemble it at home and finish it in camp. We take these every trip.

Looking for some hearty no cook dinner ideas. Had a couple of long days in the rain recently and the last thing I wanted to do was stoke up the stove and cook dinner. Any ideas?

You could always eat the usual lunch stuff or cereal/granola. I could just sit there and eat a jar of peanut butter :). There are a couple of dehydrated no-cook things. I haven't had them, but Cache Lake makes one that some peoplke say is good - some sort of wild rice salad or something and Pack-It-Gourmet makes one or two also I think.

Packit Gourmet has a carrot-raisin salad that is supposed to be one serving, but we shared it for two and I thought it was more than enough (but then carrot-raisin salad isn't a favorite of mine.) It was a really large serving. If I had a foil packet salmon steak to go with that, it would be a good no-cook meal on a hot evening. Especially if I had some sort of dessert.
Packit Gourmet is a good place to order little packs of ketchup, mustard, mayo, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, PB and jelly, etc., too. They have a lot of small packets of grocery items, as well as some different entrees and side dishes, and lots of freeze dried veggies. I use their tomato powder, freeze dried mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions, and some spices and make a really good mushroom marinara sauce for pasta.

I've become fond of tuna or chicken salad - foil pack tuna or chicken and fast food packets of mayo and pickle relish and mustard - either on crackers or tortillas. Throw a slice of cheese on top.
Also have hard boiled eggs at breakfast (in the water to be used for coffee) and had hard boiled eggs, egg salad, and even deviled eggs for dinner. We saved some bacon from breakfast.

I am also a huge fan of the tuna salad. I will have to try the hard boiled eggs. Thank you.

Spartan2-
I also thought the carrot-raisin salad was more than enough for one. How long did you let it rehydrate? I just went with the minimum time, but the carrots were chewy and I wonder if they could have benefitted from more time.

Or take hard salami and beef sticks, crackers, hard cheese.
