I can't imagine dehydrating and re-hydrating something like quiche or egg casserole would go well (but I could easily be wrong), but I've done stuffing before with eggs in it and that worked really well. At camp, rehydrate and heat by frying in a pan. Serve with cinnamon sugar or syrup. Just a suggestion for something simple the kids might like. CR |
