BackPacking Chef (I think) talks about doing ham and turkey deli slices. Don't see why it couldn't also work with roast beef.

I just bought some Boar's Head London Broil roast beef from the local deli. It's seasoned quite nicely. Has anyone ever tried dehydrating meats such as these, and with what results?
