Yeah its not quite cache lake but at 1/8 the cost not bad. Try a breakfast variety with cinnamon and sugar. I'm still playing with a garlic and herb flavor.

No - like cache lake fry pan bread. Mix up a not too stiff batter. Use some butter or oil in a frying pan - I use a gsi non stick aluminum on an msr dragonfly stove - spread batter to maybe 1/2" thick - and fry till light brown both sides. Not like crusty coal oven Italian bread but very good. I like to make to accompany hearty soups and stews and such but also nice at breakfast. A pleasant alternative to tortillas, pitas, and bagles, packs small, and inexpensive.

Is this correct. Just a box of pizza crust mix. Probably a cast iron skillet with lid placed to the side of hot coals.......

I have tried both Jiffy and Betty Crocker. I liked the BC package but I think the Jiffy works and tastes better. Just read that if you can let it rise a little - like make as soon as you make camp and set in sun with a towel over it and cook at dinner time - it should be better.

Melt a little mozzarella cheese on that and you can have your own "Cheesey Bread" just like the pizza chains have.
