I am dreaming of a grilled/fried walleye fillet, over hardwood of course, topped with pine nuts and a side of wild rice.

Anyone have any other good ideas?

I know the OP asked about walleye but this pike recipe from the ND fish and game is simply incredible! I plan on taking a cedar plank along on our trip this year and making a makeshift grill with tin foil. Even though the recipe calls for pike I'm guessing walleye would turn out just fine as well.
