I would like to do the Adirondacks or Ontario some year, but my fall trip to the BWCA pretty well eats up available time this year. Perhaps 2010?

although I would truly like trips north have you/would you consider something further south? everything is far away from so fla.

Sorry I can't make the MMP trip, but, I'd be game for a trip up North later in the season, either to the Adirondacks or Ontario, if anyone is up for that.

I'm pretty sure that my wife and I will make a trip to the Adirondacks this year, and I hope that I'll get back to the BWCA in 2010, though by the way the economy is going, I'll be pleased if I'm not camping out full-time by then.
Let's keep this discussion going, and we'll figure out a trip that works for everyone someday.

tenttrip -- I've considered camping in West Palm Beach but figured my tent would have to be gold-plated. Plus, my "irregular" golf swing had gotten my thrown off every course in your area.
On the other hand, the Everglades start to sound pretty nice in January/February.
