Very nice report, especially for those of us with ADD. Kind of like a choose your own adventure.

Hmmm, a one hour paddle, one portage, BIG walleyes. I bet I can name that lake, but I won't even try out of respect. :)

WH,
Great report and photo's...wish you were a little more passionate about fishing and the outdoors. :)
The BEST picture was of the smile on your MOM's face and the joy I felt for you putting her on the fish. The wolf thing kinda gives you the hebee jeebee's also.

Thanks for the great report walleye hunter!

It was fun reading it and I could almost feel the tug of those big fish.
It is great that you got some good eating sized fish too.

You must be looking forward to the Lake Trout season next month.

I am hoping to get up to the "partially in the BWCA" lakes for the mid month opener.

Very fun to read about your fishing adventures. I am also curious what bait you use. Thanks for posting!

Great report! Thanks for sharing some beauty fish pictures. Did you use 6lb line on the ultra clear nemisis lake?

6# test and #8 hooks are the standard bobber set-up for me. A good rod and a smooth drag are important or those little hooks will pop right out.

Awesome Report Walleye Hunter! It gets me stoked for my two trips to the bw this year. I'm still quite young at 19 but I look forward to becoming more skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to fishing Walleyes. I want to get really good because fishing is an absolute blast!!!
