The scenery is beautiful. The weather sounded perfect. Maybe another item on the bucket list.

Nice, I worked 2 years for Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP.
I've fought fires in every mountain range in the L-48.
The Sierra Nevadas were the prettiest in my book.

I'd like to do the entire JMT someday. We've only been on it within Yosemite.
