Report
Don't want to make this too long. Went into Mudro about 2 weeks ago, just after the ice went out. Original plan was to just be my brother and I (whom both are very experienced paddlers) but a newbie decided to join us last second and I got stuck paddling solo in a tandem canoe. Thank god it wasn't windy on Fourtown or I would have been blown away. We stayed on Gun in a sheltered site in which we setup tarp city. Which was nice because it rained almost constantly. First time seeing the old log booms on the way out of Moosecamp, didn't see much wildlife and the fish were not biting. Saw a couple nice sized pike, but they were not interested in what I was selling. It was wet and the fishing wasn't productive, but I got to see some new areas and mark down some notes on my map (which means I had a great time). That was my trip in a nutshell.
