Report

UPDATE: This rod has been found and is on its way back to its owner, proving once again that Boundary Waters people are the BEST people!

A guy on our trip left his flyrod in a case, probably at the *red* circled site on Jasper when we stopped for lunch. Or maybe at the portage from Jasper to Alpine. If anyone happens to grab it, please PM me.

Other notes from our Sag-Ester-Hanson-Sea Gull loop: knee-deep mud on Monument Portage, the portage at the end of Annie Lake is bogged in, so there's a new start point. Zero bugs. Low crowds, wonderful people, great weather.
