Wake up and leisurely break camp. Sara and I head out for some trout fishing and John and Angie stay back at camp enjoying the view and reading. We meet our tow at Hook Island around 11 today. The wind really starts to kick up so we decide to take off early. Sara and I troll our way back to Hook Island and catch a couple of eater trout. It was a lot of work in the wind--2-3 foot rollers so we give up fishing and make it to dry land. The island is PACKED with people. A lot of people came in early to beat the wind I guess. I clean the trout and pack them up.

The kids will get a treat when we get back.

Showers and pay bills at Seagull Outfitters--they were great. Headed to Grand Marais and enjoyed some Pizza on the beach.

Great trip with great people.

After John and Angie finish their first Quetico trip they are still our friends, still want us in their wedding, and actually still get married :) Quite the accomplishment for the year.

Whew....
