Saganaga (Cache Bay). 9.9 miles (3.1 mile paddle, 6.8 mile tow)

The last day of a canoe trip is always bittersweet. We only needed to paddle 3 short miles out of Cache Bay and across Saganaga to Hook Island for our 10am tow back to the landing. Piece of cake on glassy calm waters! On our way out we stopped by to visit with Janice one last time. Lauren wanted to tell Janice all about the wolves howling we heard on Sagnagons a couple nights before.

Lauren's first trip to the Quetico was a success! We were blessed with great weather, little wind and wonderful memories. Till next year.... :)
