Our final day in the wilderness, we woke up to a magnificent sunrise and morning. Today would be easy traveling as we had a short paddle to our one portage for the day. We ate breakfast enjoying the morning, and packed up camp and got going on the water. We traveled quickly and made it to the docks at Tuscarora by 10:30. We had our traditional Mr. Dew and Diet Coke, showered and loaded the car and headed for Grand Marais. We had lunch in Grand Marais and moved south along the pretty North Shore Drive to Duluth where we spent one final night before returning home. Once again a big thank you to Andy and Ada at Tuscarora for another great trip into the boundary water.
