Friday, September 01, 2023 Spent day 2 mostly fishing in the area. The four of us caught about a dozen small mouth bass, 1 large mouth (4 lbs), and 2 small northern. We also spent some time exploring open campsites in the area just out of curiosity. Made some meals (brunch and dinner) over the fire and ended the night star gazing around the campfire. We were very happy with this south facing campsite set up on the rocks. The winds were out of the S and SW making for a nice breeze and keeping the bugs away.
