We got up early, had oatmeal for breakfast, broke camp and made the short paddle out. We showered at Sawbill Outfitters, and started our return journey.

We stopped in Duluth for lunch at Grandma’s, then onto Minneapolis where we stayed overnight at some friends’ home.
