Trip Introduction:
Report
Bit of a spur of the moment trip. I just went to Rec.org to see what was open and saw EP#4 had availabilities so booked it. The journey did put a shine on my overall well being. Felt like I portaged more than I paddled. The portages in this small lake chain are overgrown and seem way less used and maintained. That I kinda liked. Spent two nights on Boulder Lake as it was a dead end and a destination for me. Swans were the wildlife I saw the most. Truly enjoyed this paddle. Solo Canoe Trip VIDEO
