Trip Link Here

Nola, first you just copy or capture the url. Then at the bottom of where you type your message you'll see "add a photo" and "Add a link". Click on the add a link then paste the url in the top line and below that what you want people to see what your link says. Hope that makes sense. It will look all computer language like until you hit the submit button, then it does some kind of magic.

Enjoyed your report - a lot of really nice photos. Too bad the blue barrel quest didn't work out, but I'm sure everyone had a fine time anyway.

Yes I know but I didn't see that when making the trip report...it wasn't like a regular post

Why didn't you just explain the situation to the people staying at that campsite and spend a few minutes looking for it before leaving? My guess is that they likely would have even helped you look! I sure would have been OK with that. The barrel can't have gotten that far away. I mean, how far would the bear have dragged it?

But as your pictures demonstrate, it's not just blue barrels you all were looking for anyway. Great pictures and a great report format.

Great photos, and what a shame you didn't get to search for the old barrel. I found an old torn up food pack once about 250 yards behind a site. It had been there a long time, so maybe Jerry's is too! Next trip!

Thanks for sharing your great report! Bummer you didn't get to look for the barrel.

Our family just missed seeing you 3. We ate breakfast at Trail Center on August 1 after checking out of the cabin and putzed around a little bit in Grand Marais before leaving there around noon for home.

Great photos and fun looking trip! Sorry we missed you in Grand Marais on your way out. Would've been fun to see you. We didn't make it in to town until an hour or so after you came through.

Yes and we were in a hurry to get going; had to be at work again the next morning and had to pick up the little one from where she was staying
