Awesome job, did the same route in sept of 2015. Loved it, and would do it again. I had Stuart to myself, surprised you saw other groups that time of year. The video brought that trip back for me, thanks for posting!

Thanks, I enjoyed the video. Often I can not watch the videos because they give me a headache, yours was fine. I know you were looking for a partner, had this been next year perhaps I could have joined you.

Awesome video! That LLC island campsite you stayed at is my favorite in the BWCA. Thought for sure you were going to nail a pike with that little Cleo, they were automatic from that rock in late June when we were there.

Very cool video. I've always wanted to get to Stuart. We've stayed at the site on Iron you stayed at below the falls. Very cool area.

Thanks! I stayed at that same site on Stewart 12 or 13 days before you were there. We had the lake to ourselves (and didn't leave any mess in the fire grate).
That first portage north off of Stewart has some unreal moss in the woods. Watching the time-lapse I was almost giddy waiting for you to get to the swamp water crossing in the middle of the portage, but it looks like you didn't have nearly as much trouble with it as we did (traveling the other direction- also single portaging). Glad the trip went well!

On loops with EP's relatively close together like that I've stashed a bike in the woods to get back to the car.

Great video brux. I haven't gone to Stuart but I've stayed at that LLC site.....it's a beauty. Gotta love fall tripping.
