"But where could I leave my car(s)?"

If you have more than one car, you could shuttle yourself by leaving one at the exit - there is parking at the entries. Or you can arrange it with your outfitter along with the shuttle.

If you're using an outfitter, you can list them as your permit pick up point and save an extra stop. Your outfitter likely has more extended hours than the Ranger station. Your outfitter will likely have shuttle service to nearby entry points.

If you're using an outfitter for shuttling you can work with your outfitter on parking arrangements.

I will need a shuttle to carry the canoe to our entry point. I was thinking Kawishiwi Ranger station to pick up permits and then go to the ely outfitting company to get canoes and shuttle. But where could I leave my car(s)?

Work with an outfitter. They help with these basics everyday, can even make your permit reservation and issue it to you.

There are probably reasons for your Moose to Angleworm route. One of my favorites was Moose to LIS with a shuttle both ends, car stayed at CCO in Ely. I rarely rent gear any longer - have too much - but always use an outfitter for lodging, shuttles, permit issuing, misc. As good as the free advice is here, the outfitters livelihood depends on providing expertise and assuring you a successful trip and one that makes you want to return.

Yeah, nofish is right. Angleworm seems to be an odd exit point. It's something like a mile-and-a half portage. Mudro seems better, or a loop so you end up at you car.
Ely outfitters can help with shuttles.

First things first, you purchase your permits online and during that process you pick your permit pick up location. Your pick up location is either the ranger station nearest your Entry Point or somewhere along your driving route or the outfitter that you are using.

Are you using an outfitter? If so talk about your planned route with them and they can help you figure out drop off or pick up shuttle service.

If you plan on entering at Moose Lake and exiting at Angleworm you're looking at roughly an hour drive between the 2 based on google maps directions. I've never done a trip with an entry and exit so far apart so I can't advise on your best course of action other than to rethink your exit point and find something closer to your entry point or do a full loop where you end up back where you started. Thats going to be the easiest.

As for getting to your moose lake entry point google maps will help you out there.

Click on "Outfitters" on the home page. Check Ely, western BW outfitters. They all serve those entry points with on-site entry permits (and dates left available), planning, shuttle, rentals or full outfitting and all services needed. I'd say a couple are right on Moose Lake. Winton, MN is close to Moose. Ely isn't far. They can fix you up with ease and efficiency.

Hello, I don't how I will be able to get to my entry points, as well as where do I go. I am planning an entry point from Moose Lake and I don't know how to get there. How do I get the permits I buy. As well as I am exiting out of entry point 20. How can I get back to my car?
