I am wondering about this too, if anyone has recent info about Jeff Creek between West and Jeff. I have friends heading into Agnes with a September 6 entry date who are interested in going that way instead of the S Chain if water levels are okay. If anyone has been there in the last couple weeks love to hear from you.

GreyGoose when will you get out - can you post about your experience when you do? And have a great trip!

carmike: "I just got out (entered at PP and headed north from there through North Bay, South, West, etc.) of that area.

Water levels are a little low, though not outrageously so for the time of year. "

Good Moose route-did you get lucky and see any?

How about water levels ANYWHERE in Quetico?

Looking for current info on the water level for the "scenic" route from West to Jeff, between North Bay and Agnes. I have an Aug. 30 permit and would go in that way if possible. I will be solo and very light-loaded...
Thanks.
