55a is limited to Saganaga only, 55 is standard overnite entering at Saganaga, yes should be good to go.

You can camp as far as you want if the permit is for EP55. EP55A is for camping on Saganaga only. For 55 you only need to enter the BWCAW at Saganaga lake on the day of permit and go anywhere you want from there.

It almost looked like you didn’t think there was a plain old 55 permit Ken. I had to quick check to see if something had changed suddenly.

Seagull, Saganaga, motor/no motor overnite camping, restricted to entry lake, regular EP to connect to rest of the BWCA, 54, 55, 54a, 55a.
