A video interview with Phil Cotton by one of the Wabakimi Projects participants regarding the mapping of the Wabakimi Area and Wabakimi Park, in all the largest contiguous wilderness canoeing area in the world.

Thanks 'Oregon Dave' , Dave McTeague for the video.

Vale Creek is a pretty little route on Crown lands. Not far from road but remote all the same. These routes open up a number of options for folks who do not wish to have a fly-in. Access via 527 and some adjoining roads.

Easier access will, hopefully, lead to greater use.
Wabakimi needs more paddlers each year to keep those portages open.
