Given that the forecasts and temps in the Q have seemed a bit cool for the time of year, does anyone have any thoughts on when I could expect the turnover to occur? I'm in the Northern part of the Q from the 16th of September to the 6th of October.

You should hit it about perfect! Last week of sept the water temps are about 60 give or take a few degrees. I usually go this time every year and always catch fish. Fish deeper during the day and shallow at dusk.
