Miners Beach, Pictured Rocks Nat'l Lakeshore

i was looking for a photo similar to yours but came across this one, taken on the same trip as the one i am still looking for in my folders. this was taken the day before thanksgiving off of Loon Lake on the Gunflint Trail. it was dead calm, 40's and sunny. Thanksgiving day it snowed a whole bunch!

Brule Lake in August 2017. It was good to get back to the Mid West again this year.

Heading east. Just finished the curvy mountain roads in Yosemite to this!

thanks... i USED to get to see cool stuff like this everyday! sadly, i moved to southern MN last November so don't get to see so much of the circle of life. i've been finding things to photograph but have had to change my focus. (no pun intended :))
