It needs some ribs and a new canvas at a minimum. Maybe worth a maximum of $800 depending on what else is wrong with it.

some cracked planks also. no rot is a plus. fairly easy repairs for someone with a bit of experience. these old towns were designed with a flat bottom for use on shallow eastern rivers, not the best bwca canoes. if you look at the photos on the facebook page; view from my canoe, you will see a surprising number of canadians paddling wood/canvas canoes. its a canadian thing. i agree with the $800 price.
