Well this is kind of funny... I've never won one of these before...AND, very coincidentally, this also happens to be my 500th post LOL. So I believe I've now got a full forest :)

Small lake. Giant white pine is looking N. cliffs are looking S.

Welcome to the "full forest club" ! We need to celebrate what we have because it's looooong way to the hallowed bear paw status :)

Clue #2: it has large floating bog for one of the entrances on the north side The lake is in a popular area.

Nobody yet.

We may have some controversy though. I've learned that both this website's map AND voyager maps show no campsite. However I consulted my McKenzie map and IT DOES show a campsite- but just one. Not certain on he fisher.

Clue #4: one of the two portages is now flooded due to a beaver dam.

use to have a campsite on east bank I believe. Not on newer maps. Bog in north end. satellite views look like south portage has beaver issues.....

treehorn: "Vee Lake"

I know this lake has 2 portages and one of them is flooded by a beaver dam. I also know it does not have a campsite marked in the maps on this site. It also seems big enough to potentially have/have had a campsite, but small enough to certainly qualify as a small lake. Only thing I'm not sure of is if it has a campsite marked on the McKenzie map, like Grizzlyman says.

Cowdoc with the winner!!! Eskwagama it is!!

When I was last there the beaver dam was not so the portage was navigable... I read that it can be floated now if the water is high enough. Also the portage from clear lake is kind of difficult to find.

Great little lake though- definitely worth a paddle!
