Hi,

Wondering if anyone has recently travelled through McAlpine Creek between Kasakokwog Lake and McAlpine Lake? Have to make some last minute changes to my trip due to the fire around Russell Lake.

We were there beginning of August and it was on the low side. We had to get out and line the canoe a couple times but definitely doable if you're okay with muddy feet ??

That ?? supposed to be a smiley : ) FYI keep going until you get to the waterfall, we had a few false starts looking for the portage early.
