You can convey what you like insofar as you have a sensible reason. Having an angling blade while angling, or while in transit to or from angling is flawlessly satisfactory. However, you can't convey a samurai sword while angling and you should guarantee you are not conveying the blade when not angling.

Just because you’re not paranoid, doesn’t mean that people aren’t after your honey hole fishing spots.
