As the subject states, is this feasible in one day? Our group of trippers has made Little Sag in one very long day which nearly resulted in mutiny. Thoughts?

We usually could make Tiger Bay in about 6 hours
So add another couple hour into that.

Depends on winds and weather. And conditioning and attitude of group. The most certain way to get there in a day is to start at Crane Lake and get a tow with Andersons. They also have a nice motel.

I'd say that's pretty ambitious. Just did that trip a few weeks ago and we were wiped out after making it to Tiger Bay the first day. Definitely doable if you have a strong group and get an early start on a calm day, but on a windy day this will be a rough one. Besides there are tons of really nice sites on LLC, so why not stay there for a night?

Been through the Moose River quite a few times. You can figure about 2 hours to Moose Lake - 4 to Agnes - 6 to Boulder Bay...you're probably looking at 9ish to 10 hours travel, without break to Lady Boot. We've done farther, but it depends on the day and the group. If the weathers great and you start early, it's doable. It's a solid day for sure.

Our group made Boulder Bay in 6 hours a few years back via EP 16. I'm just putting some feelers out as far as feasibility to Lady Boot Bay. As fo the Crane Lake tow, it never entered my mind. I'm going to look into that.

Thank you all for your input, mucho appreciation!!!!

Nice thing about Crane Lake tow is that you can have lunch at the campsite of your choice. You’ll have fish for dinner.
