I'm planning a 5 day/4 night trip for July; what would be the best entry point for accessing Rose Lake? Route and map recommendations would be appreciated!

The most common route is via EP60, Duncan Lake, which is accessible via portage from Bearskin Lake. There are a couple other options too, but this is the most popular and will also take you over the famed "Stairway Portage"
