I don't want to further confuse the issue of how FOW sells its map books but the orders are mailed to a member in Thunder Bay ON who handles the banking for FOW. Once payment has been received she ships out Canadian orders or notifies Barry, who is located in the Milwaukee area, and he ships US orders. This process can can a few weeks given the time it takes snail mail to get to Canada. Barry is out of the US until Jan 24 and the lady who is in TB is gone also. So if you need some map books within the next few weeks let me know. I have all five books in new condition and will send you what you need and replace mine once Barry is back. How's that for customer service.

Thank you for the information on how orders work! I sent my order in a number of weeks ago and was wondering why it hasn't arrived yet. I really appreciate all of the work that FOW has accomplished over the years--truly awesome. I wish I was in Costa Rica.

Are they on sale again at Canoecopia this year? I read that there will not be a booth per se. I'm just wondering if there's another option at that event or is mail order the go-to option?

Several of us FOW members plan to have all map books (Volumes 1-5) and large 36x36” planning maps for sale at the show. FOW will not have a booth at Canoecopia this year.
