So for years Big Agnes has distributed Helinox chairs. If you go on the Big Agnes website they are now producing their own line of chairs & furniture. Helinox has updated their website with new products & now you can get their stuff direct from them.

The reason I am posting this is because I had an issue I needed to have addressed on the popular & no longer made Helinox Ground chair. Helinox is now dealing with their own warranty issues & I have to say I was not disappointed in their answers to my questions & how they have rectified the problem. My 5 year warranty is up the first week of March. The broken hub on the ground chair isn't something that can be fixed, so I am ordering another chair & they are prorating it for me. It's nice when a company stands by their product even when they have discontinued the item & I am more than happy. Fill out their form, send a picture of your damage & you get a response the next day. Years ago, I had contacted Big Agnes due to a ripped skin on the same ground chair & they sent me a new skin. Both good companies to work with.
