I am hoping I finally fixed the issue with the submit button requiring multiple clicks at least in the messageboard.

I do still have to hit the "add a photo to this message" icon twice when adding photos.

I think it's due to the font resizing/focus change from the text entry box to anything outside it. You can see the font in the text box get smaller when you click anywhere outside of it. This text change causes page elements to shift position, and moves the button out of the way when you try to click it.

You are correct that it has to do with the focus out of the text box and movement of the button.

Adam, I'm trying to add an entry to "Roll Call 2019". On that page I can not find any way to do so. Tried both Google Chrome version 71.0.3578.98 and Internet Explorer 9. Am I blind?

Can't you just disable the text resizing and keep it one size?
