I’m wondering if anyone has any links/maps to show distance between Fall Lake and Moose lake? I can’t find any. Thanks.

A popular map site suggests 24 miles or so an 9-10 hours paddling and portaging. I'll wager that is not what you had in mind.

Do a Google search for "bwca map sites" besides this site, there are a couple of good ones for you to try.

By car or by boat? There is the 4 mile portage all of it or parts. By parts I mean Mud and Ella Hall Lakes with the 4 miles portage. It is a long way.

All depends on how you get there. If you paddle and start at the landing on Fall, head north thru Newton, Pipestone and loop back around to Basswood Back bay, Wind Bay, Wind Lake and to Moose - maps out at about 20 miles, 5 portages at just under 600 rods total.
You could think about using a tow at either end to speed things up a bit. Not my favorite area - too many motors and kind of busy.

Actually the route I used went around to west of Mud and Ella Hall, but still 5.5 miles of portage (thats the tripple distance - single is 1.7 or so. And route from Fall Lake entry to PP is less 3.3 or 1.1.
