I have celiac...

I like dehydrated ground beef with Zataran's dirty rice mix. Also, GF Pad Thai kit with a prepared chicken pouch, I forget the brands. The GF backpacking pouchs are expensive and disappointing tasting. I prefer to choose "normal" foods which happen to be GF. Anybody else happened on quick, easy, GF options?
