All inquiries have been responded to at this point. A bit more detail since there's been a good amount of interest.
Besides the normal patina of being a 20 year old boat (scratches on the bottom, no deep gouges, though) there are (2) 6 inch areas on each keel where the color of the Royalex is off. The original pictures I had posted didn't show that very well, but I wanted to give full disclosure.
I would have no hesitation rolling with it the way it is (i.e. cosmetic - you cannot feel or see any deviation in material depth at all) for another 20 years. Or if it really bothered me, I'd throw keel guards on. A couple hours with a dual action polisher and this thing would raise eye brows.
Boat has been stored in a climate controlled garage as pictured, no colder than 50* in the winter, 80* in the summer.

Took the boat down from the ceiling and gave it a good clean/polish. For what it's worth, I did keep the boat licensed through the state of Iowa, although I'm sure that makes no difference to ya up north fella's.
I believe it is now at chefcycle as far as interested parties, and I've replied via email to him.
I do have this cross-posted at Facebook, and have had local interest. This boat won't be going back up on the hoist!
