I'm shedding all of my rack systems...

I have a set of (2) Spring Creek fully adjustable Tuff Truck Racks with all hardware.
This is pretty much universal across all truck makes/models, and fully adjusts height and span.
New, these run $350/rack.

I'm asking $400 for the whole setup. Pick up near Maple Grove, MN.

Does it fit over a topper?

I doubt it. These are intended to mount on the bed rails. I can measure if you want any specific dimensions though!
