This year will be my 5th trip to the BW. 2nd time I'll have been the group leader of a 6 person trip. Everyone's just got approval for time off, the deposit is down on the northwinds, and my gear is at a level where we'll be comfortable rain shine or clouds of bugs. Permit is through Stuart, planning on fishing everything between there and Saturday bay. I think this year might go down as my best year in the bwca.

Let us know how it goes! How many nights do you plan to camp? Been to Stuart a few times...obviously decent fishing at the falls but depends on what time of year you plan on going? Lakes from Stuart to Friday (not including Friday Bay) are relatively average for fishing, IMO and experience...

When are you going? If you want to know some fishing spots or some good sites along that route, I’ve traveled much of it quite a few times. Just email me by clicking the link under my username and I’ll share some info with you. Have a great trip! Stuart River might be my favorite EP!
