Four Fish by Paul Greenberg - I recently read this interesting book about sustainable fisheries, fish farming, and different approaches in various parts of the world. It's broken down into the four main fish humans harvest and consume: cod, tuna, sea bass, and salmon. Pluses/minuses to salmon farming and differences between wild and farm-raised. Good reading, IMHO.
