We hiked to Bridal Veil Falls last summer and really enjoyed it. The hike was a spur trail of the BRT and a portion of the BRT.

We also have hiked the Centennial Trail several times, the first 1.3 miles of that Trail is the Kek and you can continue on instead of following Centennial Trail.
Centennial Trail
We've snowshoed a portion of the South Lake Trail in the winter but never tackled it in the summertime. It's not a highly traveled trail so I've heard it gets quite overgrown in the summertime.

Paddle up to Stairway Portage/Falls at the north end of Duncan and hike west 2 miles or so on the BRT to the Rose Lake Cliffs. Rugged, steep sections at times, hence the paddle to get there rather than hiking the Caribou Trail. I have some helpful gps coordinates if you'd like.
