      Pulled Pork - Just a little spicy

I saw this at Walmart in the Hispanic isle and tried it out. Comes in a package about like the bagged chicken. I did add a little water to it when warming it up.

Made four good size tacos with it.

I'll keep my eye open for it. I'd think that would make some excellent taco filling.

Wish I had seen this earlier. I was trying to find decent bagged chicken but had no luck. Went with precooked chicken and hope it holds through the first day.

Thanks for the info... going to pick some up for our trip later this month and have pork tacos instead of chicken. Always looking for new things to change our menu, we're in a bit of a rut the last couple of years.

The pork was a hit on our trip last week... new item on the menu going forward... Pulled Pork Tacos! They were delicious and a nice change from all of the chicken dishes we make for dinner and the summer sausage/meat sticks/tuna pouches we have for lunch.

This is right before I rolled it up and ate it. It's mixed in with rehydrated pinto beans, brown rice, fire roasted tomatoes, onions, mixed peppers, corn. Heated up the tortilla with melted shredded cheddar cheese as the base.
