Did a cake on recent trip during a day spent under the tarp between cribbage games.

Used 4 packets of Caramel Brownie "Cake in a Cup", and did it in a Sea to Summit bowl. Added a little water in pan for some steam and it took about 20 minutes to bake.

Think next time I would just pour the batter into the pan, but the bowl did clean up real easy.

I like the Jiffy mixes. Inexpensive and right sized. Their muffin, brownie, and cake mixes all work well with my JMO.
