In honor of Le Tour de France, I made the above titled dish for dinner tonight for my wife and I. It turned out rather well, we both felt. I used the "easy" method. The Dijon mustard flavor really made the dish taste great. Here is a link:

I used Hellman's real mayo. Looks like a once every couple of months fave.
