Harmony Barrel Harness Velcro

I'm looking for a good and inexpensive barrel harness. The Harmony 60 liter looks like it has a strap that circles the top that uses velcro rather than a buckle. Any comments good or bad about the velcro, it worries me some. I have a blue barrel that I just filled with 53 liters of water to find it's size. It is 14" wide and 22" tall.
Other harness recommendations welcome.

Cheap is subjective but Cooke Custom Sewing makes an awesome barrel harness with a handy dandy bit of storage on top. It will probably last longer than you and carries real well with padded shoulder straps and removable hip belt. Also Dan put grab handles in all the right places for loading and unloading the canoe.
