My wife is in a book club, and tomorrow they are meeting at our house. I said I would make a meal, and I thought I would share here what I have in mind. Main course will be a Greek souvlaki pork kabob served over rice and asparagus. Dessert will be New York cheesecake with a berry sauce. Made the dessert today, and pics follow. Love cheesecake! I usually make one around Christmas. My daughter prefers a pecan crust tho. She has started baking them now, and her last one didn't crack - I'm jealous!
