Mix all the above ingredients in a nonreactive container
1-1.5 lbs pork tenderloin (not pork loin!) cubed into 1.5 inch squares 1-2 onions cut into 1.5 inch squares 1-2 red bell peppers cut into 1.5 inch squares
Marinate the pork in the mixture 1-2 hours
Thread pork, onion and peppers onto skewers and grill directly over high heat 3-4 minutes per side until internal temp of the pork hits about 140. Yummy!!!
